The UTEM Group Quality Management System covers all key business processes of the companies within the Group and is aimed at ensuring a customer satisfaction, the conformity of the Group products to the requirements of the customer, standards and regulations.
The Quality Management System is a tool that we maintain and continuously develop for our customers and partners. The Quality Management System improves every aspect of our business during the projects execution, saving money of our customers.
We do not separate the Quality Management System from the Corporate Management System. The quality management processes are integrated into the general system of company’s business processes, which are represented in the form of corporate standards.
The Quality Management System is critical for the engineering business of the Group, and only strict adherence to corporate standards enables us to fully satisfy our customers when carrying out complex projects.

A separate detailed quality programme, covering critical aspects of a project life cycle from a contract analysis and to the start-up is drawn up for every integrated project the company takes on.
Managers of the Group holding company, which is responsible for business development of the whole Group, regularly monitor customer satisfaction on various aspects of all projects handled by the Group business units.
The Quality Management System is implemented in all key business units of the Group and is based on the requirements of international standard ISO 9001:2008.
The Quality Management System of UTEM-Engineering, a leading operational unit of the Group that carries out the most complex integrated projects and directs the development of production processes of the Group, is certified in accordance with the international standard ISO 9001:2008 by the TUV NORD CERT GmbH certification body.
The Quality Management System renders it possible for the Group to rapidly move towards the accomplishment of an immediate goal that is to become a national leader on the markets of construction and capital projects in nuclear, thermal power and industrial sectors.
