In order to attain this goal Plant (UTEM-ZVT) was commissioned in 2018, which specializes in production of formed pieces and spools for needs of nuclear and thermal power industry, as well as enterprises of steelmaking, oil & gas, chemical and other industries.

Production capacities of the plant are located in the shops with overall area 4100 m2. The plant has state-of-the-art equipment for fabricating pipeline fittings and pieces by WETORI, Taiwan and also that for machine and plasma cutting of pipes and rolled products, for bending, welding, heat treatment, shot blasting and surface painting by the leading European manufacturers: ESAB, Sweden; PROMOTECH, Poland; MEBA, Germany; COPIER, the Netherlands; ATLAS COPCO, Sweden; PAVALEX, Czech Republic; RÖSLER, Germany and others.

   Mandatory condition for organization of centralized production of spools is development of assembly layouts and detailed design stage . Development of documentation is conducted using modern software complexes LIRA-SAPR 2012 AutoCAD 2013, ADVANCE STEEL 2012 as per requirements of standards and technical rules and regulations in the field of manufacturing, installation of pipelines and their operation.

Process operations are automated to the maximum possible extent, that jointly with implemented, certified for compliance with requirements of ISO 9001-2015 quality management system provide consistent high quality of products. At that quality control is conducted at all production stages, starting from the moment of receipt of materials and constituent parts to dispatch of ready products.

Spools can be produced within dimensions suitable for transportation (11,5 Х 2,5 Х 1,1 m), ø57 mm - ø1020 mm with wall thickness up to 25 mm.
